Anna McLane, MA, BCBA has a diverse background in the field of applied behavior analysis. Anna started their career as a Group Home Support worker at Dependable Home Health Care before moving on to become a Leadership Minor Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota. Anna then advanced to roles at Partners In Excellence, first as a Primary Behavior Therapist and later as a Level 2 Primary Behavior Therapist. Anna continued their career at Fraser as an Associate Behavior Professional before transitioning to Caravel Autism Health, where they currently hold the position of Clinic Director and Lead BCBA.
Anna McLane holds a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology, with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis, which they obtained from Ball State University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Minnesota from 2010 to 2014. Their academic journey began at Willmar Senior High School before pursuing higher education. Furthermore, Anna has acquired certifications in Adult and Child CPR/First Aid, CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
