April Williams possesses extensive experience in behavioral health and education, currently serving as a Senior Therapist at Caravel Autism Health since May 2019. Prior roles include Registered Behavior Technician, Senior Therapist Intern, and Behavioral Health Technician, where April executed treatment plans, documented client progress, and facilitated communication between parents and staff. Previous experience includes positions at Target and the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County, focusing on student supervision, activity preparation, and parent communication.
