Felecia N. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several companies. In 2012, they began their career as a Customer Service Sales Representative at Reitmans Canada Ltée/Ltd - Smart Set. Felecia then moved to Danier Leather in 2013, where they also worked as a Customer Service Sales Representative. In 2015, they joined Best Buy as a Customer Service Team Lead before transitioning to Canada Goose in 2016 as a Brand Ambassador for Customer Experience. In 2019, they became a Community Manager - Client Services at Workplace One. Currently, Felecia holds the position of Customer Success: Client Happiness Specialist at Caravel Law LLP, and they will soon be taking on the role of Client Happiness Lead.
Felecia N. began their education in 2010 at Sheridan College, where they obtained an Ontario College Certificate in Fine/Studio Arts, General. Later that year, they also earned another Ontario College Certificate in Visual and Creative Arts and Design from the same institution. In 2012, Felecia continued their studies at the University of Toronto Mississauga, where they pursued an Honour's Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies, General. Their time at the university lasted until 2016.
