Jeffrey Klam

Jeffrey Klam has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Jeffrey started their career as an Associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin in 2002 and worked there until 2007. Jeffrey then joined the Ontario Securities Commission as a Legal Counsel in the Corporate Finance Branch, where they were involved in tasks such as reviewing filings, issuing comment letters, and representing the OSC at international meetings. In 2011, Klam became the General Counsel at Besra Gold Inc. (formerly Olympus Pacific Minerals), a position they held until 2014. Jeffrey then joined Caravel Law as a Corporate Counsel, practicing in association with Caravel Law & Axiom Law, from 2014 onwards. In 2012, Klam also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Pavillion Energy Corp, a role they held until 2015. Finally, in 2018, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at Jasper Interactive Studios Inc.

Jeffrey Klam completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Political Science from McGill University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Jeffrey obtained a Certificate of Mining Law from Osgoode Professional Development in April 2013.
