Jeremy Budd

Jeremy Budd has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jeremy currently works as an Of Counsel at Caravel Law LLP since April 2023. Prior to this, they owned their own law firm called Budd Law starting from November 2013.

Jeremy has also held positions such as Director at Selex Resources Ltd., a private junior exploration company focused on developing gold, silver, and copper properties in Nevada, starting from October 2011. Jeremy was also the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at MPX International Corporation, a CBD and medical cannabis company with international operations in seven countries, from February 2019 to April 2023. Before that, they served as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at MPX Bioceutical Corporation, a cannabis company with assets in the US, Canada, and internationally, from October 2017 to February 2019.

Jeremy's career includes roles such as Corporate Secretary at Khan Resources Inc., where they focused on international arbitration against the Government of Mongolia from February 2011 to May 2017. Jeremy was also the Founder, President, Chief Compliance Officer, Secretary, and Director at Whitetooth Capital Corp., an Exempt Market Dealer, for a brief period from May 2013 to November 2013. Before that, they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Philosophy from Huron University between 1997 and 2001. Additionally, they obtained certifications in the field of securities from the Canadian Securities Institute, including the Partners, Directors and Senior Officers Course in February 2011, and the Canadian Securities Course in January 2011.
