Monica Goyal currently serves as the VP of Legal Innovation at Caravel Law LLP, focusing on enhancing client services through innovative technologies and client engagement. With a foundation in legal technology, Goyal was the Bootcamp Lead at the Institute for the Future of Law Practice and previously founded My Legal Briefcase and Aluvion Law, both aimed at improving access to legal services. Goyal has also served as an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, teaching a course on legal technology, and has contributed to various ventures such as i5 Capital and lawTechCamp. Goyal holds a JD from the University of Toronto, an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
