Peter Dale

Peter Dale has over 15 years of experience practicing business law independently. Peter is the principal of Dale Business Law, a law firm based in Toronto that provides legal advice to small and medium-sized businesses as well as individuals with various legal needs. In addition to handling corporate commercial, private equity, venture capital, finance and lending, employment, and M&A matters, Peter is also supported by a dedicated team of corporate clerks and paralegals. Before establishing Dale Business Law, Peter previously worked as a Corporate Lawyer at Caravel Law, Ventures North, EY, and Lang Michener LLP.

Peter Dale attended Huron University from 1988 to 1991 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Political Science. Peter then pursued further education at The University of British Columbia from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. During their time at The University of British Columbia, Peter also spent a year as a visiting student at The University of Alabama School of Law from 1993 to 1994.

In addition to their degrees, Peter Dale obtained a certification as a Barrister & Solicitor from the Law Society of Ontario in February 1996.
