Shari Zinman-Levy

Shari Zinman-Levy is the Chief Operating Officer at Caravel Law, where responsibilities include overseeing client and lawyer satisfaction, recruiting and HR, business development support, and marketing. With experience as Chief of Staff and Director of Client and Lawyer Happiness at Caravel Law, Shari has played a pivotal role in enhancing the firm's focus on client and lawyer experience. Prior experience includes a position in Product Management at LexisNexis, managing a portfolio of legal and business publications, and a tenure as Associate Editor at CCH Canadian Ltd., where research and content development were key responsibilities. Additionally, Shari served as a professor at Seneca College, teaching courses in Children's Literature. Educational qualifications include a Master of Information from the University of Toronto and both a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English Literature and Mass Communications and a Master of Arts in English Literature from York University.
