Zoe Rossolatos

Zoe Rossolatos has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Legal Counsel for Toronto Film Catering, where they negotiated various agreements and provided advisory services. From 2006 to 2008, they served as an Assistant Crown Attorney at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, conducting prosecutions and drafting facta for criminal offenses.

In 2009, Zoe joined Just Energy Corp., initially as a Legal Counsel, where they drafted statements of claim and defense and oversaw litigation in multiple Canadian provinces. Zoe then advanced to the position of Senior Counsel, providing general legal support to Just Energy. Their final role at Just Energy was as the General Counsel for the National Energy Corporation, leading the legal function for a subsidiary with significant revenue and specializing in financing and supplying energy-efficient rental equipment.

In 2014, Zoe founded Ethos Homes, a residential construction company that executed various projects worth over $10 million. This role allowed their to gain entrepreneurial, sales, and operational experience, as well as further their legal expertise in company formation and contract drafting.

Most recently, Zoe joined Caravel Law LLP in 2020 as a Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, they provide corporate counsel and advisory services to corporations, structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements. Zoe also acts as lead counsel on large capital projects, programs, and acquisitions in various industries.

Zoe Rossolatos obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from the University of Ottawa, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration at the Schulich School of Business - York University from 1996 to 2000.

In addition to their educational background, Zoe Rossolatos has obtained several certifications. Zoe became a licensed Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent through the Real Estate Council of Ontario in November 2017. Furthermore, they are a licensed Lawyer certified by the Law Society of Ontario since 2004. Zoe has also acquired a Vendor/Builder License from both the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) and Tarion in the years 2021 and 2017 respectively.
