Jake Waters

Jake Waters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ERP implementation and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Solution Engineer at Caravel Partners since September 2020, Jake has previously held roles at NetSuite, where over a two-year period, Jake successfully led more than 30 unique NetSuite ERP implementations and contributed to the internal development of the Private Equity vertical. Additionally, experience at Express Employment Professionals as a Talent Acquisition Intern involved consulting on placement strategies and analyzing job market trends. Jake's early career included an internship as an International Tax Intern at TaxAssist Accountants, where responsibilities included VAT returns preparation and client invoice restructuring. Jake holds a B.S.B.A in Finance from Elon University and pursued further education at Dublin Business School.
