Hendel Favarin

Hendel Favarin is a co-founder of Traction Club and Escola Conquer, focusing on enhancing entrepreneurial strategies and transforming education in Brazil, respectively. Currently serving as a mentor and investor at Caravela Capital, Hendel was also recognized as a Scale-Up Entrepreneur by Endeavor Brasil, where participation involved high-level mentorship for impactful entrepreneurs. Formerly a member of LIDE FUTURO, Hendel contributed to young leadership platforms, and has experience in business development at Vindi and co-founding Almoça, a lunch-focused startup. Early career roles included positions at PwC Brasil as a Tax Associate and as a student intern at Andersen Ballão Advocacia. Hendel holds a specialization in Leadership and People Management from Escola Conquer and a Bachelor's degree in Law from UNICURITIBA.
