Lucas Dzierwa de Lima

Lucas Dzierwa de Lima is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in managing and supporting startups. As the Managing Partner at Caravela Capital since 2019, Lucas focuses on mentoring entrepreneurs while providing funding to drive business growth. In addition to roles as an investor at Contabilizei and James Delivery, Lucas co-founded Curitiba Angels, a group of angel investors promoting economic development through strategic investments in high-potential startups. Previous experiences include working as an Associate at Graboski - Advogados Associados and as a Financial Planner at Rumo. Lucas holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from Hult International Business School, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universidade Positivo, and a certificate in Venture Capital from Stanford University.
