Danielle Dexter MS, FNP-C

Danielle Dexter MS, FNP-C has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Danielle most recently worked at Caraway as the Nurse Practitioner Lead. Prior to that, they worked at LifeLong Medical Care as a Family Nurse Practitioner for seven years. Danielle also had experience working at San Francisco General Hospital as a Perinatal Registered Nurse, where they assessed, evaluated, and coordinated care for postpartum and neonatal patients, as well as educated patients on maternal and infant health. Additionally, they were a Teaching Assistant at UCSF and a Primary Care Leadership Scholar at the GE National Medical Foundation Primary Care Leadership Program. Earlier in their career, they worked at Planned Parenthood Golden Gate as a Community Education Specialist, where they developed and implemented sex education curricula and workshops for youth and adults.
