Whitney Mirro

Whitney Mirro has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Head of Client & Care Operations at Caraway, a digital healthcare company for college women+. Whitney is responsible for providing integrated mental, reproductive, and physical healthcare services. Prior to Caraway, Whitney was a Member at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women in leadership positions. Whitney also served as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Services at Teladoc Health from November 2020 to June 2022. Before that, they held leadership positions at Livongo, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and later as the Vice President of Clinical Services. Whitney also worked at Retrofit as the VP Operations & Account Management, where they contributed to transforming lives and workplaces through personalized weight management solutions. Whitney has additional experience in roles such as VP Product, Director of Employee Engagement, and Director of Client Services at Retrofit. Whitney's earlier roles include Operations Manager at MPC Group LLC, Project Coordinator at Allstate Insurance, Engagement Manager at Strong Suit, and Production Coordinator at Merrill Lynch/First Franklin. Throughout their career, Whitney has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving positive change and empowering women in the workplace.

Whitney Mirro obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. In addition, they obtained a certification in Finance and Accounting for the Non-Financial Manager from Wharton Executive Education in November 2020.
