Michael Caraway

Michael Caraway has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as CEO of Caraway Tea Company since 2010. Under their leadership, the company has become a full-service private label company specializing in premium whole leaf teas. Michael has also worked as an owner and co-founder of UniqTeas, a venture that emerged from their passion for trying new teas and blending unique flavors.

In terms of their software engineering background, Michael has served as a Senior Software Engineer at Tremor Video from 2013 to 2015, where they contributed their expertise in this field. Prior to that, they worked as a freelance Java programmer and web developer from 2012 to 2013.

Michael'smanagement experience includes the role of Manager of Java Development at Donovan Data Systems from 2005 to 2012. During this time, they oversaw the development and implementation of the successful iDesk Internet Advertising Campaign management system. Before that, they worked as a Java C++ Software Engineer at IBM from 1996 to 2004.

Michael Caraway attended Adelphi University from 1988 to 1990, where they studied for a Bachelor of Arts degree without specifying a particular field of study. Michael then went on to attend Marist College from 1993 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Computer Science degree with a major in Computer Science.
