Santiago de Abiega

Santiago de Abiega has a diverse range of work experience in finance, business development, and management. Santiago currently serves as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Carbar, a position they started in July 2020. Prior to that, Santiago worked at GEOCAL Australia as a Business Development professional from November 2019 to June 2020. Santiago'sprevious role was as the Head of Finance at GASNGO MEXICO, SA de CV. During their tenure there from August 2013 to March 2018, Santiago successfully managed the Finance and Administration departments, worked on building a significant valuation model, led a team, coordinated long-term strategic planning, and oversaw the implementation of an ERP system.

Santiago de Abiega has a solid education background with a focus on business and finance. Santiago completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship from Macquarie Business School between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, Santiago studied at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Licenciatura in Administración Financiera. In addition to their formal education, Santiago obtained a certification in AMIB Nivel III from Asociación Mexicana de Intermediarios Bursátiles in November 2014.
