Manindar "Mindy" Kaur has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to 2022. From 2004-2006, they worked as a Junior Research Fellow at Panjab University, Chandigarh. From 2006-2009, they were a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Kentucky. From 2009-2014, they were a Post-Doctoral Fellow, Adjunct Faculty, and Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia State University. In 2014, they were a Scientific Consultant at SeNA Research Inc., a Teaching Faculty (Part-Time) at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Kennesaw State University, and an Operations Manager I and Sensor Scientist III/Scientist I at IDEXX. Most recently, they were appointed as Director of Polymer Materials and Equipment Engineering at Carbice in 2022.
Manindar "Mindy" Kaur began their educational journey in 1999, when they earned a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Chemistry Honors School from Panjab University. In 2006, they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Organic Chemistry from the University of Kentucky. Finally, in 2013, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organic Chemistry from Georgia State University.
