Marc Sullivan

Marc Sullivan, MBA, CFA, CTP, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Infinity Engineered Products since September 2023, overseeing financial operations for a company recognized for its high-performance air springs for various vehicles. In addition, Marc holds the position of Board Member and Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee at Carbice since February 2024, contributing to a deep technology manufacturing firm focused on thermal interface materials. As a Governance Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors since 2018, Marc also previously held executive roles, including CFO at Western Global Airlines and Managing Director at both Phoenix Management Services and Phoenix IB.
