Chuck Hayes is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the industrial sector. Currently serving as Regional Sales and Service Manager at Carbide Industries LLC since February 2021, Chuck is dedicated to aiding Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) steelmakers in optimizing melt shop efficiency. Previously, Chuck held key positions including Sales and Business Development Manager at RiAlto Manufacturing, and National Sales Engineer at Alloy Engineering Company, where responsibilities included managing sales across multiple industries in North America and engaging in international business development. Chuck also excelled as Territory Sales Manager at both Clifton Steel and Stark Metal Sales, driving significant growth and cultivating strong relationships within underperforming territories. Educationally, Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with majors in Marketing and Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
