Adam Kroener

Adam Kroener has held a variety of roles in the past fifteen years. In 2005, they served as an Automated Logistics Specialist (92A) for the United States Army. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Sales Representative for both Pro Motorsports and Bergrstrom Automotive. In 2008, they began working for Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. as a Manufacturing Resource Planner. During their time with Masters Gallery Foods, Inc., they also held the roles of Director of Manufacturing, Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Production Improvement Manager from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they became Plant Manager for Richelieu Foods. Most recently, Adam Kroener has been President & Co-Founder of Carbliss since 2018.

Adam Kroener attended New Holstein High School and later earned an Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management & Quality Assuarance from Lakeshore Technical College in 2013. Adam also obtained certifications from Dale Carnegie Training, including Skills for Success in July 2017, Leadership Training for Managers in April 2017, and Lead Change Effectively. Additionally, they earned a Six Sigma Black Belt from Lakeshore Technical College in December 2012 and an ISO 9001 Auditor certification from the same college in June 2012.
