Alessia Fehlmann

Alessia Fehlmann has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at CARBOGEN AMCIS since November 2014. In this role, responsibilities include personnel management of four staff members and interim leadership of the HR team in Switzerland. Alessia has progressed through various HR positions at CARBOGEN AMCIS, demonstrating a strong background in payroll management, work permit procurement, audit participation, and internal HR processes. Prior to this, Alessia gained HR experience at Coop and Leoni Studer AG, along with educational credentials in human resources management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and HKV Aarau.
