Charline Frei-Toussaint

Charline Frei-Toussaint currently serves as the Manager of the HR Service Center at CARBOGEN AMCIS since September 2021, having previously held roles as a Payroll Specialist and Payroll Assistant. Prior to this, Charline worked at Viking Cruises from January 2020 to August 2021 as a Senior Payroll / Project Manager, leading the transition from Abacus to SAP (EC Payroll) for payroll processing in Switzerland and France, while also focusing on system implementation and data analysis. Charline's extensive experience in payroll management includes a role as Senior Manager Payroll at Viking Cruises from February 2014 to November 2019, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive payroll processing for multiple business areas. Additionally, Charline gained valuable experience as a Payroll Manager at beeline Group from August 2009 to January 2014, managing payroll operations for approximately 850 employees using SAP, and started a career journey with an Apprenticeship as a Personnel Service Agent at Herzog Personal-Service GmbH in 2010. Charline holds a degree in Personnel Services from Berufskolleg Südstadt Köln.
