Dirk Badura

Dirk Badura currently serves as a Coach at Caramhir Coaching & Consulting since July 2025. With extensive experience at CARBOGEN AMCIS since December 2004, Dirk holds the position of Global Head Digital Quality Solutions, overseeing the development of computerized systems for quality processes globally. Previously, Dirk led the Quality Unit for Swiss sites as Senior Head of Quality & ESH and held various roles, including Head of Quality Systems and Deputy Manager Quality Control. Dirk's career began at ChemCon GmbH, where responsibilities included establishing the analytical department. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from The University of Freiburg and a certification as a Transaktionsanalytischer Berater from DGTA.
