Jonathan Simonin

Jonathan Simonin is a skilled chemist with extensive experience in quality control and analytical research. Currently holding the position of Chemist QC&A at CARBOGEN AMCIS since May 2020, Jonathan previously worked as an Analytical Chemist in R&D at Interlabor Belp from March 2018 to May 2020. Jonathan's early career includes a role as a Roche Postdoctoral Fellow at ETHZ focusing on Focal Molography and a Postdoctoral Researcher position at UniBe, where the synthesis of far-red emitting fluorogenic probes and biological characterization was emphasized. Jonathan earned a PhD at Universität Bern, concentrating on fluorescence polarization-based binding assays for the serotonin receptor (5-HT3R), after completing a Master's degree in Molecular and Biological Chemistry at EPFL. An internship in chemical engineering at Sochinaz concluded Jonathan's early academic path.
