Regulatory Affairs Manager at Carbogen Amcis

Maren Schulze has a strong background in project management and regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. Maren is currently working as a Regulatory Affairs Manager for CARBOGEN AMCIS, where they started in March 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager Biocompatibility at Mathys Ltd Bettlach from March 2021 to February 2022. From February 2019 to December 2020, Maren worked as a Science Project Manager at Bachem. During their time at Bachem, they also held the positions of Team Leader R&D from January 2015 to October 2018 and Project Chemist R&D from February 2014 to December 2014.

Maren Schulze's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. Maren earned a Diploma in Biomedical Chemistry, completing their studies in 2009. In 2007 and 2008, they briefly attended the University of Toronto, focusing on Polymer Chemistry. Schulze then returned to Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Macromolecular & Organic Chemistry, which they completed in 2010.

Following this, Schulze enrolled at Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg in 2010 to continue their studies in Macromolecular & Organic Chemistry. Maren successfully obtained their PhD from this institution in 2013.
