Lidia Krzynowek has a diverse range of work experience. Lidia is currently the Co-founder and COO of Carbogenics, a start-up company focused on low carbon technology. Their responsibilities include strategic planning, innovation management, stakeholder engagement, market development, and fundraising. Prior to this, Lidia worked as a Director at the Polish Cultural Festival Association, where they were responsible for fundraising, strategic planning, and partnership building. Lidia also has experience in innovation and business development, having worked as an Innovation/Business Development Manager at Edinburgh Napier University. Lidia has managed various projects and has a strong network within the waste management industry. Lidia has also held roles as a Project Manager and Co-Ordinator in different organizations, where they gained experience in budget planning, organizing workshops, and engaging with key partners and stakeholders. Additionally, Lidia has worked as a Consultant/Researcher for various companies, where they conducted research and assisted with community engagement events. Lidia has also served as an International Liaison Manager at the School of Polish Language and Culture, Jagiellonian University.
Lidia Krzynowek has a diverse education history. In 1998, they attended Jagiellonian University where they obtained their Msc degree in Social-Economic Geography. In 2001 to 2002, Lidia pursued a Certificate in Business Administration and Management at Jagiellonian University. Additionally, in 2003, they attended Utrecht University and earned a Certificate in Geographic Information Science Advanced. In 2010 to 2011, Lidia pursued a Leadership and Management Skills Level 3 Award at The Institute of Leadership and Management. In 2019, they completed Negotiation Skills training at Scotwork. Finally, in 2020, Lidia attended Scottish Enterprise and participated in the Principally Women Leadership Programme.
