Volodymyr Oleksenko has a long and varied work experience. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as an Engineer-Designer for the TSG Group Corporation, where they were responsible for developing sketch projects, developing design documentation according to ESKD rules, accompanying and technically supporting projects, and calculating the required amount of materials. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Master of Production for Fronius Ukraine, where they managed personnel, developed changes to tasks in accordance with the work plan and controlled the timing and quality of their implementation, controlled the availability of materials, transferred the semi-finished products to related departments in the 1c8 program, was responsible for the technical condition of the equipment, planned the repair of equipment, trained staff in lean manufacturing tools, introduced a system of organization of production, designed a BSC schedule for their department, organized and actively worked in the SIP team, and wrote programs for CNC machines with G-code. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as Chief Engineer for Polymer Color, where they were responsible for the operation of all plant equipment, organizing the maintenance of the equipment, working with documentation, ordering parts, responsible for scheduled repairs, and responsible for the energy supply of the enterprise. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Engineer-Designer for TISER, where they designed equipment for sugar factories. Lastly, from 2018 to the present, they have been the Head of Production for Carbominer.
Volodymyr Oleksenko obtained a Junior Specialist degree from Kyiv Mechanical and Metallurgical Technical School in 1999, following a field of study in repair and maintenance of equipment of metallurgical enterprises. Volodymyr then went on to pursue a Master's degree in design engineer from NTUU "KPI", Mechanical Engineering Institute, which they completed in 2006. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management in Production from International University of Finance in 2008.
