Erica Poon

Erica Poon is an experienced Operations Manager who has also held roles as Administrative Officer and Production Manager at Carbon. Prior to that, Erica was the Programme Director at Phoenix TV's Infonews Channel. Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree from City University of Hong Kong's School of Creative Media, and also completed an Associate Degree in the same field.
