Shravane Balabasqer

Shravane Balabasqer is the CEO and founder of Carbon Analytics. Prior to that, they were the Albus Programme Manager at The White Company from January 2019 to July 2019, where they led a major business lead large ERP transformation programme, implementing Microsoft D365, as a group wide initiative part of long term business strategy for major ERP change and Business Transformation while managing teams compromised of multiple Workstreams and Project Managers, Internal IT Delivery, Large SI, 3rd Party Suppliers, Contractors to budget and time.

Before that, they were the European Asset Management Lead at Atkins from September 2017 to June 2018, where they were responsible for the GTM Sales Leader for UK&E Digital Asset Management (dAM) Services, as well as Managed Services propositions on dAM propositions, GTM materials for Asset Performance Management and Asset Investment Planning, and consultative sales process for transformative solutions for dAM across asset intensive industries. Shravane also engaged dAM delivery through 3rd party partnership engagement across dAM landscape.

Shravane has also worked as a Project Manager (Contract) at Capita from April 2017 to September 2017.

Shravane Balabasqer has a M.Sc in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Coventry University, a B.Eng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering from Coventry University, and a Diploma in Mechanical engineering from Sedaya College. Shravane also has a Certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Agile Scrum Master and a Certification from Benchmark Six Sigma in Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
