Marissa Gorman

Marissa Gorman is a Mechanical Design Engineer at CarbonCapture Inc. since July 2023, bringing experience from previous roles including Mechanical Design Engineering Intern at Piaggio Fast Forward and New Product Development Co-op at Entegris. At Piaggio Fast Forward, Marissa collaborated with various teams to enhance robot camera system components and validated product assembly designs through testing. During the co-op at Piaggio, Marissa led the design of an accessory pack and performed thermal FEA using NASTRAN. At Entegris, Marissa innovated filter products, developed a proof of concept machine for assembly, and managed rapid prototyping using fabrication tools. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, completed in 2023, and graduated from Watertown High School.
