Nicole York

Nicole York has over a decade of experience in the information technology field, currently serving as a System Administrator for Carbon County School District 1 since July 2011. Previously, Nicole held the position of Technical Support Specialist at Innovative Programming Systems from December 2004 to June 2007, where responsibilities included training new technical support staff, resolving software and hardware issues, and managing inventory for customer software and hardware. Nicole also developed training manuals, organized hardware repairs for specialized equipment, and maintained an updated inventory database. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, earned between 2000 and 2004.
