Peter A. Leidel

Mr. Leidel has been a Director since 2005. Since 1997, Mr. Leidel is a founder and member of Yorktown Partners LLC, a manager of private equity partnerships which invest in the energy industry. Mr. Leidel had previously been employed at Dillon, Read & Co. since 1983, serving as Senior Vice President until the merger of Dillon Read with SBC Warburg in 1997. He was previously employed in corporate treasury positions at Mobil Corporation and worked for KPMG Peat Marwick and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Leidel is a director of Ramaco Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: METC), Mid Con Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ:MCEP), Extraction Oil & Gas, Inc. (NASDAQ: XOG) and certain non-public companies in which Yorktown partnerships hold equity interests. Mr. Leidel served as a director of predecessor companies, Carbon Energy Corporation and Interenergy Corporation.
