Vaughn G. Thompson's work experience spans several roles and companies in the petroleum geology field. Vaughn G. Thompson obtained a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Geology from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, completing their studies between 1999 and 2002. Vaughn G. then pursued further education at the University of Utah, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Geology from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Vaughn obtained certification as a Geologist from the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) Division of Professional Affairs in 2016.
