Allyssa Helm

Allyssa Helm is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in special education and early intervention. Currently serving as a Preschool Special Education Teacher at Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit since July 2023, Allyssa previously worked as a Special Educator at REACH Cyber Charter School from August 2021 to June 2023. Throughout a career spanning over a decade, notable roles include Itinerant Early Intervention Special Educator at Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit, where responsibilities included training for community programs and managing education plans for over 30 students, and Special Education Teacher positions in various educational settings. Allyssa holds a Master’s Degree in Child and Family Studies from The University of Southern Mississippi and is currently pursuing a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction at Penn State University.
