Will Vaughn

Will Vaughn has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering.

Will is currently working at Carbon Lighthouse as the Lead Software Engineer since February 2023. Before that, they held the position of VP of Software Engineering from February 2021 to May 2023, where they managed software engineering operations. Will also worked as a Software Engineering Manager from March 2020 to February 2021, overseeing software development projects. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Developer from August 2018 to March 2020 and as a Software Developer from August 2016 to August 2018.

Before joining Carbon Lighthouse, Will worked at R/GA as a Senior Software Engineer from December 2015 to July 2016. Prior to that, they were employed at Cascade Energy, Inc as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2012 to December 2015. Will began their career at Liquid Agency as a Developer from December 2011 to July 2012 and at ID Branding as a Digital Developer from July 2010 to December 2011.

Will Vaughn attended La Grande High School from 1998 to 2002. After completing high school, they attended the University of Oregon from 2002 to 2004. Will then transferred to Pacific University and studied Chemistry from 2004 to 2006. Lastly, they attended Portland State University in 2009, although the degree and field of study are not specified.
