Richard H. Lawrence

Richard H. Lawrence, Jr. serves as the Executive Chairman of Overlook Investments Limited since July 1991, focusing on investments in Asian equity markets. Lawrence also holds directorial roles at Carbon Mapper, a nonprofit aimed at tracking emissions using satellite technology, and the High Tide Foundation, which works on climate change mitigation. Additionally, Lawrence is the Founder & Director of Cool Effect, facilitating carbon offset projects, and Proyecto Mirador, which has built over 240,000 fuel-efficient stoves in Honduras. Their previous board service includes a tenure with the National Audubon Society as a Director and Co-Chair of the Audubon Climate Initiative. Lawrence is a Chartered Financial Analyst and graduate of Brown University with a degree in Economics and Political Science.
