Desmond Chang

Desmond Chang has a diverse work experience in the field of product design. Desmond began their career as a freelance graphic and web designer, working for various companies such as Poke Guys Restaurant, Purple Lotus Spa, and Sweet Escape Dessert Cafe in 2015. In 2016, they joined Konrad Group as a UX/UI intern, later transitioning to the roles of UX/UI designer and product designer. From 2018 to 2021, Desmond worked at CoreLogic Intersect as a product designer. In 2021, they joined Thriver as a senior product designer before moving to Sherpa° in December 2021, where they led the redesign of the Summit design system and conducted workshops with stakeholders. In 2022, Desmond worked at Super as a senior product designer, contributing to the design of Alphapod. Currently, they are involved with Carbon Neutral Club as the lead product designer and is also a part of REalchemy in the same role.

Desmond Chang obtained their high school diploma from Whitefield Christian Collegiate, where they attended from 2009 to 2012. Following their high school education, Desmond enrolled at OCAD University from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Design (BDes) with a focus on Graphic Design.
