David Reilly

David is a Chartered Engineer with 15 years’ experience of delivering projects in energy efficiency and carbon management, sustainable building design, sustainable planning & master-planning and renewable energy. As Director of Cities & Regions at the Carbon Trust, David leads strategic carbon reduction improvement services for public sector bodies and cities, with a key focus on energy and resource efficiency, and decentralised and low carbon energy generation.
