Peter Zhou

Peter Zhou is currently the Process Development Lead at Carbon Upcycling. Prior to that, they worked as an Education Consultant at Tutor Doctor, a Corrosion Prevention Engineering Intern at TC Energy, and Green Mesa.

As an Education Consultant, Peter oversaw and assisted 3 stations: appetizer, salad, and oven. A key part of their role was to ensure minimal bottle-necking during dinner service. On-the-fly meal preparation, execution of high priority tickets, and experience with numerous special orders made him the go-to cook under tight timelines. With a good understanding of meal specification and a keen eye for quality and cleanliness, Peter was entrusted with the task of training 3 new employees. They worked cohesively as a team while maintaining an extremely high turnover rate. At the same time, they maintained a playful atmosphere, guaranteed the integrity of the dishes, and created a unique experience for the customers.

As a Corrosion Prevention Engineering Intern at TC Energy, Peter worked on various projects related to preventing corrosion in pipelines. Peter gained valuable experience in the engineering field and was able to apply their skills to real-world problems.

At Green Mesa, Peter worked on developing new green technologies that could be used to reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing processes. Peter was responsible for researching new technologies and developing prototypes that could be used in commercial applications.

Peter Zhou is a highly skilled engineer with a passion for developing new technologies that can help reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing processes. Peter has a strong understanding of corrosion prevention and has gained valuable experience in the engineering field. Peter is a creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Peter Zhou has a Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, a Master of Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary. Peter also has certification from R3 in Corda Certified Developer, from the University of Toronto in Teaching Fundamentals, and from ExpertRating Inc. in Six Sigma Green Belt.
