Mahbub MORSHED

Mahbub MORSHED has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mahbub started their career as a Production Engineer at Nestlé in 2009, where they focused on resource management, planning, time management, and implementing safety and quality protocols for production. After three years, they joined Sensient Technologies Corporation in 2020 as a Process Developer. In this role, Mahbub was responsible for developing new technologies for natural flavor solutions, managing and coordinating projects with internal and external partners, and optimizing flavors on lab and pilot-scale. Currently, they are employed at Carbon Waters as a Production and Maintenance Manager since February 2023.

Mahbub MORSHED completed their Bachelor of Science (Engineering) in Chemical Engineering and Polymer Science (CEPS) at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued an Erasmus Mundus Master in Membrane Engineering from 2012 to 2014, which involved studies at the University of Montpellier (France), UCT Prague (Czech Republic), University of Zaragoza (Spain), and University of Twente (Netherlands). Finally, from 2015 to 2019, Mahbub MORSHED obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Research in Membrane Separation and Processes Engineering in Organic Solvent Nanofiltration (OSN) from the University of Lorraine, ENSIC-LRGP in Nancy, France.
