Rym Soltani has worked as a Responsable R&D procédés - process manager at Carbon Waters since August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Chercheur postdoctoral at CNRS-Strasbourg from April 2022 to July 2022. Rym also completed a Doctorat en chimie at Université de Strasbourg from October 2018 to March 2022. Before that, they were a Doctorant chercheur at Saad Dahlab University - Blida, Algeria from January 2017 to December 2018. Rym Soltani began their career as a Stagiaire at Sonelgaz (SKMK) in 2012. Rym holds a Master chimie organique-chimie moléculaire from Université Saad Dahlab de Blida, completed from September 2013 to October 2015.

Rym Soltani started their education in 2010 at the University of Saad Dahlab de Blida, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry. Rym completed their undergraduate studies in 2013 and went on to pursue a Master's degree in the same field at the same university from 2013 to 2015. After completing their Master's degree, Rym continued their academic journey and enrolled in a Ph.D program in Chemistry at the University of Saad Dahlab de Blida in 2016. As of the available information, it is unclear when they completed their Ph.D program. Subsequently, in 2018, Rym joined the University of Strasbourg to obtain a Doctorate degree in Chemistry, with a specific focus on the field of study being Chimie (Chemistry).
