Kris Jones is a seasoned entrepreneur and mentor with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. Currently serving as the Co-Founder of Magic Sauce Online, a platform designed to enhance diversity and trust between investors and founders, Kris also leads the Founder Education program at Diversity-X, which focuses on supporting underestimated founders. Further engagements include being an Angel Squad Member at Hustle Fund, mentoring startups at Carbon13 and Black Valley, and advising at RAISE Ventures. Previously, Kris founded TechVelocity Norwich and worked as a Chief Growth Hacker at NeoITO, leveraging over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and banking to drive growth and innovation for various companies. Educationally, Kris attended the University of South Wales and Cardinal Newman.
