Reza Soudagar

Reza Soudagar is an experienced professional in the fields of customer experience and artificial intelligence marketing, currently serving as the Head of CX Innovation & AI Marketing at SAP since October 2007, where Reza leads a team focused on customer-centric messaging and thought leadership. In addition, Reza has been a Startup Mentor at SAP.iO since March 2019, providing guidance to innovative CX startups. Prior experience includes serving as the Global CRM Leader for Oracle Solutions at Accenture, where Reza developed service offerings in the Communications, Media, and High Tech sectors, as well as a Director of Product Management for the CRM Suite at Oracle Corporation, where Reza contributed to the founding of Oracle CRM. Reza also worked as a CRM Architect at Accenture and began a career as a Software Engineer at Convergys. Reza holds both BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from EPFL and has additional education from Harvard Business School.
