Jessica Holzman

Jessica Holzman has over 8 years of experience in production and product development management. Jessica began their career in 2011 as an Associate Production Manager at Gap Inc., where they managed front to back production for Girls Knits, Sweaters, Swim, Sleepwear and Active. In this role, they partnered with design and merchant teams to overcome cost challenges by identifying feasible cost saving options while protecting the original design intent. Jessica also owned Rapid Response for Girls averaging 10 styles 45 SKUs with lead-times of 11 to 13 weeks. In addition, they served as an Assistant Production Manager and Merchant Assistant at Gap Inc.

In 2018, Jessica moved to Spiritual Gangster, where they served as Product Development Manager. In this role, they lead and managed a team in pre and post production for the active division while ensuring deliverables were met for the business as it scales. Jessica also administrated the time and action calendar across all divisions internally as well as externally, ensuring all deliverables were met in a timely manner within the company. Additionally, they managed all daily communications with import and domestic vendors from product development to product receipt in house. Jessica understood design aesthetic requirements while collaborating with international/domestic teams to ensure product development was meeting the brand goals for quality, aesthetic and maintaining margin. Jessica also leveraged their technical knowledge to partner with cross functional teams while trouble shooting sourcing challenges.

Most recently, Jessica has been working as Production / Product Development Manager at Carbon38 since 2019.
