Maya Apolinario

Maya Apolinario is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business systems and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Business Systems at Carbon since September 2015, Maya is responsible for leading a team that manages and scales enterprise applications, including Oracle Cloud Applications, Salesforce, and Tableau. Prior to this role, Maya held positions at Carbon as Business Systems Manager and Head of Service Operations, receiving the Oracle Innovation Award for effectively integrating Oracle Service Cloud with Carbon's printer and other systems. Earlier career experiences include key roles at Agilent Technologies and Velocity11, where Maya focused on sales operations, customer service, and process improvements. Maya holds a BA in History and Political Science from Santa Clara University, complemented by studies in Criminal Justice at American University.
