Mike Burns

Mike Burns has extensive experience in client success and client service roles. Mike is currently working as the Enterprise Client Success Director at Carbon6 since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Client Success at Feedvisor from November 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they worked at Engage121 where they served as the VP Client Service from January 2021 to November 2021, and then transitioned to the role of Director of Channel Partner Relations until November 2021. Mike started their career as an Application Specialist at Miles 33 in January 2005 and worked there until November 2011.

Mike Burns attended Central Connecticut State University from 1998 to 2003, where they studied Management Information Systems. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at New Canaan High School.
