Vanessa Hung

Vanessa Hung has held various positions in the past five years. In 2015, they were the Founder and CEO of Ikola Boards, where they were responsible for the conception and design of the product, manufacturing, marketing, public relations, advertisement, and sales. Vanessa also organized events and workshops for new customers to try the product and create a culture around the brand. In 2017, they became the Ecommerce Manager of Style In, where they were responsible for the creation and optimization of over 10,000 SKUs, including product descriptions, images, and pricing. Vanessa also ensured that all information copy, product, and images were updated and accurate. In 2018, they became the Managing Director of Kavan Prime, where they consulted for Amazon sellers, managed four different Seller Central accounts, did market research and product development, and was responsible for inventory management, creating SKUs, restocking inventory, and planning, creation, and execution of FBA shipments. In 2020, they became the Co Director - Fort Lauderdale of Startup Grind, where they were responsible for building a community of entrepreneurs, founders, and investors in the city, hosting panels, fire chats, and workshops for the community both virtually and in person, and organizing events, contacting speakers, and creating the copy and website of the event. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Online Seller Solutions. In 2022, they became the Community Ambassador of Carbon6.

Vanessa Hung obtained their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ASA College between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) between 2015 and 2017. Before that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Universidad Central de Venezuela between 2013 and 2014. In addition, Vanessa Hung obtained an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in April 2020.
