Andrew Grant

Andrew Grant has a diverse work experience in the fields of web development, technical support, and cloud solutions architecture. Andrew started their career as a Technician at HTS Communications in 2005 and then worked as a Web Developer at ds1 from 2009 to 2010. In 2009, they joined 4WARD Communications as a Web Developer, where they were responsible for all programming tasks and client management. From 2010 to 2010, they worked as a Web Developer on a contract basis with Digital Embrace, focusing on web accessibility projects for government ministries. In 2009, they also started working at Fortitude IT Services as a Principal Web Developer. Since 2013, they have been associated with Carbon60 Networks, where they have held various roles, including Cloud Solutions Architect and DevOps Engineer.

Andrew Grant has a strong educational background in computer programming and digital media technical production. Andrew obtained a diploma in Computer Programming from Seneca College from 2006 to 2008, specializing in the School of Computer Studies. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2005, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Digital Media Technical Production in the School of Communication Arts at the same college.

In addition to their formal education, Andrew has obtained several certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS). In January 2021, they became an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate through Amazon Web Services. Andrew had previously achieved the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification in October 2017 and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification in September 2017.
