Ruby Shang

Ruby Shang serves on multiple advisory and board roles, including positions at Carbonbase and Asia Research and Engagement Pte. Ltd. since January 2023, and on the Board of Directors for The Asia Foundation and Asian Cultural Council since November 2017 and 2016, respectively. Shang is an Advisory Panel member for The Rumie Initiative and previously chaired the Board of Directors for the Asia Pacific Leaders' Malaria Alliance until January 2024. Additional board experience includes The Klosters Forum and Impact Investment Exchange, alongside involvement with Brown University's President’s Leadership Council and the Clinton Foundation as a Senior Advisor and Director for Asia. Ruby Shang obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, graduating in 1971.
