Celeste Black is an accomplished customer experience and operations professional with a background in vendor and stakeholder management, experimental testing, and leading group vacations. They have held various positions, including Inside Sales Coordinator at CarbonCure Technologies, where they support the sales process and manage customer inquiries. Previously, Celeste managed customer operations, ensuring effective onboarding and communication, while also overseeing significant projects as a Concrete Lab Technician.
